The Farmhouse has a large spacious kitchen/breakfast room with 4 oven electric Aga, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.

There are three large family rooms comprising of the Library, Study and a large Conservatory

The Library/Sitting Room has 2 large sofas, Smart TV, Large bookcase and stove.  The separate Study/Snug has an Inglenook Fireplace, stove, sofa and if you need to work whilst away there is a large desk and high-speed Fibre Internet access.

There is a huge range of seating in all rooms, and 4 TVs (3 Smart and one widescreen).

Utility/boot room with loo, basin, separate sink, washing machine and cloakroom.

Bedrooms

The property is suitable for families including children, parents and grandparents and sleeps 2-8 in 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 x king-size bedrooms and 2 x twin bedded rooms.

The Master bedroom with king-size bed and Smart TV faces south with views of cattle grazing the pasture and mountains beyond

Bedroom 2, is a large twin-bedded room and has views of the mature garden and Summer House

Bedroom 3, with a king size Bed faces west and has views over open farmland towards the sea

Bedroom 4, twin bedded room facing west over farmland towards the sea

The large family bathroom is centrally located with extra large bath, walk-in shower, heated towel rail, loo, basin, large mirrors, vanity and storage cupboards.

All bedlinen, hand and bath towels are provided for all 4 bedrooms.

The Conservatory has a Terrace with garden furniture.
